ABC Raceway Cancels Season Opener! By Nick Gima

May 13, 2005; Ashland, WI: -  Bitter-cold temperatures, wet grounds conditions and the potential for more bad weather Saturday forced officials at the ABC Raceway to cancel its 2005 season opener set for May 14.

    The opener has been moved to Saturday, May 20, with hot laps starting at 6:30 pm and racing set for 7. Budweiser and Oneida Beverage of Rhinelander will again present the evening¹s festivities.

   "Racenight Live" will air from 5-6:30 pm Saturday (or whenever) on WJJH, 96.7 & 102.3 FM, with raceday news and weather updates. The ABC Raceway is located three miles south of Ashland on Highway 13, then one mile west on
